We’ve recently just had a full house of new windows & doors from Droylsden Glass and would give the experience 5 stars! Mel in sales was really helpful with all of the quoting and ordering, Glenn our surveyor was great and spotted a design error which I would never had noticed, John is sales admin was prompt in answering my queries before sign off and Nicola in installations was great when we had a small issue during the install! Basically, everyone was fab!

The whole process so far has been very efficient and customer focussed. Nigel visited our home on Tuesday and was very friendly and informative. He was able to answer the questions we had and he’s a big reason why we felt confident in moving forward with Droylsden Glass being the best choice for us. If the rest of the process continues like this, I will be very confident of recommending Droylsden Glass

We had bifold door smashed in a burglary and our insurance were very slow in acting so we asked droylsden glass to replace the glass as they fitted the doors 5 yrs ago and had the measurements. So initially we were told it be a week to order the glass but Becky in customer service said she understood our distress of burglary and would do her best . to our amazement she managed not only to get the glass but had the installers here within 2 days. Mike and jack were extremely professional pleasant ant very tidy. The whole experience with customer service team was professional and easy very understanding of our urgency and we would 100% recommend this company absolutely amazing

Fantastic service from the initial online booking, to the confirmation call with Wendy. Then an amazing home visit from Nigel where everything was discussed and very customer focused but led by an expert who was very professional and didn’t make me feel rushed. Next the quote and a 3d image of the front elevation, also a virtual link to view showroom etc. so far so good, brilliant service thank you guys.
