Continued care for our customers before, during and after work completion

After installation is complete, if a customer is unhappy with any part of our work, all they need to do is get in touch with us and we’ll send out our installation manager who will go out of their way to address any concerns.

In addition to this, our customers are also provided with product warranties and guarantees on our workmanship along with literature on product aftercare, so our customers can extend the life of their new windows, door or conservatory. Claiming on any warranties and guarantees is also as simple as getting in touch with our customer service team who will arrange for our service engineer to carry out any required remedial action.
