Once you have chosen your design, we make the process straightforward from survey to fitting. Accurate measurements are taken before your Double Glazing is ordered, helping each unit fit correctly and perform as intended. We will agree suitable dates with you and keep you informed before work begins.

During installation, our fitters work carefully in your home, remove the old frames and install the new units with close attention to sealing and finishing. They also check operation, locks and alignment, then leave the area tidy. Good workmanship matters because even the best window units depend on correct fitting to deliver consistent results.

If you are comparing quotations in Wigan, look beyond the headline figure. Check what products, fitting, guarantees and disposal are included. We are happy to answer questions and explain your quotation clearly. Ask us for a Double Glazing quote and take the next step towards improving your property.

New Double Glazing can reduce condensation on the room side of older glass, but no window can remove moisture created indoors. Cooking, showering, drying clothes and breathing add water vapour to the air. Regular use of extractor fans and opening trickle vents can help moisture escape.

Condensation on the outside pane is usually not a fault. It can appear when efficient glass keeps indoor warmth inside, leaving the external surface cooler. Moisture trapped between the panes is different and may indicate that the sealed unit has failed, so it is worth asking for professional advice.

Simple checks can help your Double Glazing continue working properly. Keep drainage channels clear, clean frames with suitable mild products and avoid forcing stiff handles. If a sash catches or a lock becomes difficult to use, early attention may prevent further wear. Keep guarantee paperwork somewhere safe and note any care instructions supplied after fitting.
