Darren Howles has been an integral part of Droylsden Glass since joining the company in 1997. Beginning his career as a joiner specialising in the installation of windows, doors, and conservatories, Darren built his reputation through years of hands-on experience and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. His extensive knowledge of the industry saw him progress within the company into the role of Installation Manager, before being appointed Company Director in 2019.
Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Fenestration Survey & Installation, Darren combines practical expertise with technical knowledge gained over more than 30 years in the glazing industry. His experience spans surveying, installation, project management, and quality assurance, giving him a comprehensive understanding of every stage of the home improvement process.
Drawing on decades of experience working directly with homeowners and installation teams, Darren shares practical advice to help customers make informed decisions about their home improvement projects, including product performance, energy efficiency, and the latest innovations in windows, doors, and conservatories.
