Our offices and showroom are now open, we have adapted our practices and procedures in line with HM Government’s advice. This is to ensure we are COVID-19 secure and we can work safely at our premises and in other people’s homes.

We are OPEN with strict social distancing guidelines and as our showroom is considered a retail space you are now required to wear a mask or face covering whilst inside our showroom.

We can also accommodate visitors by appointment if preferred. Please get in touch with us to find out more

Update 14/04/2020 COVID-19 Temporary Closure

Due to ongoing Government Advice in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, we have taken the difficult, but responsible decision to remain closed.

We are still delighted to take enquiries via our contact forms (where you can upload images) or email via info@droylsdenglass.co.uk  and Our phone lines are being answered by answer machine, and we are dialling in remotely to pick up messages and complete call-backs.

We would like to thank you for your continued support and understanding and look forward to getting back to completing installations and welcoming you back to our showroom again very soon

Update 24/03/2020 COVID-19 Temporary Showroom Closure

Following The Prime Minister’s announcement on the 23rd March 2020 in order to slow the spread of COVID-19, Droylsden Glass has taken the difficult, but responsible decision to close our showroom for the recommended 3 week period.

Our phone lines will be answered by answer machine during this period, we will then dial in remotely to pick up messages and complete callbacks. However, if you have a warranty request or you’d like to make an enquiry please do so via the contact forms on our website or email info@droylsdenglass.co.uk with photos and details of your potential project and we’ll come back to you for further information.

We hope to reopen on 14th April 2020 dependent on Government guidance at that time, so please keep an eye on our website www.droylsdenglass.co.uk for our latest position.

Update from us on COVID-19 (Coronavirus)

Below is an update on what we’re doing to prioritise your health and safety when visiting our showroom or interacting with our staff:

We have always taken great pride in keeping our showroom clean and well-run for our customers. To make sure we can keep on serving you to the same standard, we have put in place an updated cleaning and sanitising plan for our showroom to ensure it’s cleaned even more frequently and with extra care. The same applies to our offices.

Like other businesses, we’re being guided by the UK Government, which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventive measures.

We’re equally committed to caring for our team and so have provided our staff with up-to-the-moment guidance and information so they can keep themselves and their families safe.

Our business will operate as normal and opening hours remain the same. However, for both the safety and wellbeing of our customers and employees, we kindly ask that if you have symptoms as detailed on the official UK Government website here that you please do not visit our showroom at this current time.

If you are at all worried about visiting, please view our extensive product ranges on our website and contact us via telephone where we will be delighted to answer any questions you have.

As circumstances continue to develop, we will follow advise and proceed with the health, safety and wellbeing of our customers and team members as our highest priority.

A Message to our valued customers

Dear Valued Customers,

We are closely monitoring the evolution of the Coronavirus situation and following all government and health advice in the areas we operate in. We will continue to evaluate any potential knock-on effects to our business and are taking appropriate measures to maintain operational continuity and to safeguard our customers, employees and our business.

We are in regular communication with our supply chain to mitigate any potential delays. Updates will be posted on this page.

We would like to take this opportunity to inform all our customers that our ability to fulfil orders has not been impacted although we realise there could be delays to the installations due to circumstances outside of our control.

We remain committed to providing the excellent service and support that our customers have come to expect of us.
